Booking & Payment

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during the peak season (November to April), as our private tours have limited daily availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the tour date. If a tour is canceled due to severe weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, and international transfer services.

  • Yes, round-trip transfers from your hotel in Khao Lak are included. Transfers from Phuket or Krabi can also be arranged upon request.
